Please contact us for help with international orders.What does a kit include?There are three different kits for Galaxy testing; the Single Blood Draw kit, the Triple Blood Draw kit, and the Urine kit. Kits include all required supplies; an icepack, a return shipping label, and a blank test requisition form that is required for all test orders. This kit ordering page is not a substitute for a test requisition form.When do I pay?Please remind patients that payment is required on the requisition form. Incomplete information may delay processing and risks expiration of samples for testing.Delivery MethodOrders submitted after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day via FedEx Ground.
