Price Adjustment and Change

Thank you for your support this past year and over the last several years as we all continue to navigate the post-pandemic world.

Galaxy continues to drive efforts to advance direct detection. Over the last two years, we have launched more sensitive test methods for both Bartonellosis and Lyme Borreliosis.  We have also succeeded in implementing new insurance codes for our new tests.

Unfortunately, supply chain problems and rising costs continue to impact our entire business model. We sincerely appreciate your support and patience as we navigate this period of inflation and the implications for our ability to continue innovating and offering our testing services.

Effective 01 February 2023, we are updated our pricing, which will apply to all orders with collection dates beginning February 1. While some of our test prices are increasing, others are decreasing as a reflection of demand and other cost savings we are passing on to our patients and payers.
